MAIN CONCEPT
Lightweight carbon wheels with a toroidal shape designed
through aerodynamic optimization.

ULTRA LIGHT CARBON RIM
The combination of AVIIAV one-piece carbon layup
technology and Toray's T800 carbon fiber made it possible
to produce the lightest yet extremely strong rim.

ONE-PIECE CARBON LAYING-UP
By using a special method of covering the entire rim with a
single carbon sheet instead of cutting it into several sheets,
it was possible to reduce the weight while increasing the
strength of the rim.

LOW INERTIA AS MUCH AS LOW PROFILE RIM
Compared to other lightweight wheels with a similar profile,
the center of inertial mass of AEON wheels is closer to the
center of the hub, allowing light rotation like a low profile rim.

CLUTCH RATCHET SYSTEM
AEON's hubs feature a clutch ratchet method that engages
gears in the prebody and hub body rather than a
conventional spring foul method, resulting in more durable
ceramic bearings and impressive rolling performance and
power transfer performance.

PRE-MADE SPOKE HOLE
Through a special design that drills spoke holes from the
rim forming stage, it was possible to create a more durable
rim by preventing the loss of strength due to the breakage of
the carbon yarn that occurs during the existing drilling
process, and by matching the hole to the angle and position
where the tension of the spokes occurs, unnecessary stress
on the carbon rim was minimized.

SUPER DURABLE SURFACE
AVIIAV's ultra-high pressure forming and on-mold layup
technology creates a smooth surface that is as smooth as a
coating on the rim surface removed directly from the mold.
this is one of the biggest differences with low-end carbon
rims. in addition, aldo does not do a separate rim surface
treatment or painting after molding. as a result, the surface
of the AEON rim is extremely resistant to scratches that may
occur during use, and it has a surface that does not change
even after a long period of use. 

REPLACEABLE CARBON SPOKE
We used replaceable aero carbon spokes that show
greater stiffness and elasticity harmony. the carbon spokes
are improved dramatically the fixation between carbon and
alloy parts by using mechenical and chemical bonding.

100% MADE IN KOREA
AEON rims are produced directly at the factory in Korea, it
is not a common OEM product. It is developed, designed
and made with aviiav's own technology.
