NEW HOOKLESS/TUBELESS RIM

The hookless rim, which has become a new standard, is
manufactured exclusively for tubeless tires with excellent
ride comfort, and has a square design that makes the rim
width and rim height the same, satisfying both rigidity and
weight reduction. In particular, the 26mm tire bead width
allows for the use of wider tires, providing more aggressive
cornering and excellent climbing ability.

M-SERIES

The M Series MTB carbon wheel is a wheel equipped with
light weight and excellent responsiveness thanks to a rim
shape and hub that have been completely reinterpreted in 6
years. It is manufactured to be applicable to MTB in a
variety of sizes, from 26 inches to the 29-inch boost wheels
that have recently become standard.

NO MATTER WHERE

A rim made of full carbon, spokes from PILLAR that boast
excellent elasticity and durability, and a newly developed
clutch ratchet hub. All of this ensures reliable performance
on any riding course in any environment.

OPTIMISED RIM SHAPE

For structural stability, we have optimized rigidity and
weight by introducing a square design with a 1:1 ratio of rim
height and rim width (27.5, 29 inches). In addition, to make
the rim lighter, the weight of unnecessary parts was
reduced as much as possible, and the stiffness of the
spoke holes was further increased by using NBPR (nipple
bed partial reinforcement) technology.

CLUTCH RATCHET SYSTEM

CRS hubs feature a clutch ratchet method that engages
gears in the prebody and hub body rather than a
conventional spring foul method, resulting in more durable
ceramic bearings and impressive rolling performance and
power transfer performance.

OUTSTANDING CARBON LAYUP

AVIIAV, which has its own carbon molding technology, has
once again created a product with more optimized weight
and rigidity than before by using a new molding technique.
In particular, the curing time, which has the greatest impact
on carbon strength, was increased compared to before to
ensure uniform distribution of resin between carbon sheets,
further improving strength uniformity.
