MAIN CONCEPT
It is a concept design that spreads the flow of air passing
through the rim left and right, minimizing the resistance
caused by the rotation of the spokes and the air resistance
passing through the rim.

NEW PATENTED DESIGN
Chevron-Kammtail technology dramatically reduces the air
resistance on the wheels by around 12%. don't be afraid of
headwinds anymore.

CLUTCH RATCHET SYSTEM
ALDO's hubs feature a clutch ratchet method that engages
gears in the prebody and hub body rather than a conventional
spring foul method, resulting in more durable ceramic
bearings and impressive rolling performance and power
transfer performance.

MULTI-RIM PROFILE SHAPE
AVIIAV's patented multi-profile rim forming technology is
another signature of aviiav's identity along with its
aerodynamic performance. profiles in a variety of shapes,
rather than just doughnuts, allowed us to bring more
multidimensional analysis and innovation.

PRE-MADE SPOKE HOLE
Through a special design that drills spoke holes from the rim
forming stage, it was possible to create a more durable rim
by preventing the loss of strength due to the breakage of the
carbon yarn that occurs during the existing drilling process,
and by matching the hole to the angle and position where the
tension of the spokes occurs, unnecessary stress on the
carbon rim was minimized.

SUPER DURABLE SURFACE
AVIIAV's ultra-high pressure forming and on-mold layup
technology creates a smooth surface that is as smooth as a
coating on the rim surface removed directly from the mold.
this is one of the biggest differences with low-end carbon
rims. in addition, aldo does not do a separate rim surface
treatment or painting after molding. as a result, the surface of
the aldo rim is extremely resistant to scratches that may
occur during use, and it has a surface that does not change
even after a long period of use. 

REPLACEABLE CARBON SPOKES
We used replaceable aero carbon spokes that show greater
stiffness and elasticity harmony. the carbon spokes are
improved dramatically the fixation between carbon and alloy
parts by using mechenical and chemical bonding.

ON-MOLD LAYING UP
ALDO rim is made by direct on-mold layup, which is made
by laminating carbon directly on top of the mold. this ensures
excellent rim finish quality at the expense of productivity.

100% MADE IN KOREA
ALDO rims are produced directly at the korea, not common
oem products. it is developed and made with Aviiav's own
technology.
