AEROX

NEW SHAPE, NEW RECORD, HIGHER PODIUM
Introducing the new AEROX, developed through
aerodynamic optimization simulations. It has an average
aerodynamic performance improvement of 7% compared to
the past AEROX, and introduces a new carbon layup method
to achieve faster and more overwhelming performance
through nearly 11% weight reduction. In particular, the newly
developed hub performs better as a wheel with the new rim.
 
MORE, WIDER, LIGHTER
Although the rim is wider than the past AEROX model, it is
lighter in weight. The surprising weight of 1.37kg based on
the 60mm standard, which is the most preferred, hides
AVIIAV's unique technology.

IMPROVED AERODYNAMICS PERFORMANCE
Further improvement over the past model, the aero effect
achieved an average aerodynamic performance
improvement of 7% even for strong lateral winds. In
particular, drag between 12.5 and 15 degrees shows up to
12% improvement. you are no longer afraid of the wind.

NEVER COMPROMISE STRENGTH
Most wheels lose proportional strength as they become
lighter. However, AEROX's new carbon molding technology
makes lighter rims, but has more strength for weight. In
particular, it has a strong durability that will never break even
with a 100J impact, double the energy of 50J based on the
UCI test protocol, making it a wheel that can be used from
professional to amateur riding.

DIFFERENT PROFILE, DIFFERENT SHAPE
The new AEROX The 40mm is an all-round shape and is
designed to be used on all flat, uphill, and downhill courses,
while the 60mm is a shape that maximizes aero performance
and is designed for optimal performance on flat sprints and
winding courses. 80mm is a design that maximizes cruising
performance in time trials or completely flat terrain.

CLUTCH RATCHET SYSTEM
Instead of the existing pawl type ratchet, we have introduced
a new clutch ratchet structure that shows excellent power
transfer performance, making riding with loss-free torque
possible in any situation. In particular, the ratchet gear, which
is sold separately, can be replaced depending on the rider's
preference.

NEW CERAMIC SYNCHRO HUB
Precisely machined AVIIAV CERAMIC SYNCHROTM hubs
are the new standard for Aviab original hubs. The newly
designed hub structure has no twisting or deformation even
during rapid movements, and the bearings using zirconium
ceramic balls provide near-zero resistance performance
even at high speeds and transmit the rider's power to the
ground.

FOR LESS DRAG
The new AEROX adopted a hidden nipple type spoke
connection method to reduce air resistance by just 1g. In
addition, SAPIM CX-RAY spokes, which have excellent
aerodynamic performance, are used to minimize air
resistance caused by the spokes when the wheel rotates.
